Like yoga, Pilates is another excellent form of exercise which helps improve and maintain the health of your body if your spine and joints are currently healthy . Pilates is something which also should be taught by a trained teacher and not self taught.


Because some of the Pilates exercises can be quite demanding (though fun) we advise an osteopathic check up, before commencing a class, so that we can ensure you are ready to gain the benefits and not slide backwards into discomfort.
